Another Green Star Office Design Achievement for Mansons TCLM.

The BNZ Building has just received a 5 Star Rating along with the GE Building on Quay Street , Auckland City which recently received a 4 Green Star Rating for the Office as built. This makes it 4 Buildings for New Zealand along with the first Computer Building in New Zealand to achieve the Green Star Rating.

As an initiative Mansons TCLM has supported the evaluation process and has been working with the Australian System prior to the NZ Green Building Council conception. With a key Representative sitting on the Councils Sub Committee Mansons TCLM is committed to supporting a quality standard directly aimed at more efficiencies in power and water, saving money and most of all the environment.
