Mansons TCLM recognises the key role in the business of the third generation of Mansons. The TCLM stands for Ted and his sons Culum, Luke and Mac.

Ted started the family business with his father Colin in the mid 1970's. Together they grew the business and weathered the economic downturn of the late 1980s and early 1990s.

That experience helped shape the approach to business that forms Mansons TCLM business ethos - a "hands on" approach to business dealings and financial independence. For the majority of its projects Mansons TCLM is both developer and building contractor and funding is from the Manson family's resources.

Our Team

Our history of success is testimony to the abilities of the staff members who make up the Mansons TCLM team. Indeed all employees are an integral part of the Mansons team.

The wealth of experience present has been built up through the length of employee service. Of the 20 team members the average length of service with the company is over ten years with the longest being 33 years.

From the 20 full-time staff there is over 260 years experience with the company.
